What is Odds & Payout?

Odds = the market’s current view of probability + payout.

In Maiga, odds move based on:

• real-time market conditions (price action, volatility, liquidity, news)

• risk controls to keep markets fair and sustainable

A simple way to read it:

• If one side looks more likely, it usually pays less.

• If one side looks less likely, it usually pays more.

Example: BTC 15-Min Close (Higher/Lower)

Market: “Will BTC close higher in 15 minutes?”

• If the odds favor Higher, the payout for Higher may be smaller.

• If the odds favor Lower, the payout for Lower may be smaller.
