How to add cash to your balance on Maiga Markets.
Depositing on Maiga Markets is simple: you send USDT on BNB Chain (BEP-20) or bank transfer including VISA and Mastercard, to your Maiga deposit address, then your balance updates once the network confirms.

Fiat withdrawals (payment provider-dependent)
Maiga currently accepts USDT (BEP-20). Do not send ERC-20 or TRC-20 USDT to a BEP-20 address.
Step-by-step: Deposit USDT (BEP-20)
Open Maiga Markets → Wallet → Deposit
Select USDT (BEP-20)
Copy your Maiga USDT deposit address
Go to your exchange/wallet, choose Withdraw / Send
Paste the Maiga deposit address
Select network: BNB Chain / BEP-20
Enter amount and confirm
After you send
Your deposit will appear after BNB Chain confirmations.
You can check progress via your exchange/wallet transaction history.
Always double-check the network and deposit address before sending funds. Transactions sent to the wrong chain or address cannot be reversed.
Common deposit issues
1) I sent USDT but my balance didn’t update
Check you used BNB Chain (BEP-20), not ERC-20/TRC-20
Wait a bit longer if the network is busy
Confirm the transaction shows as “Success” in your wallet/exchange
2) I used the wrong network
This can be hard to recover and may require manual support
Always double-check network and recipient address before sending
3) I sent to the wrong address
Blockchain transfers can’t be reversed
Always copy/paste the deposit address from Maiga directly
Example: Alice’s first deposit
Alice uses Binance:
Wallet → Withdraw USDT
Network → BEP-20 (BNB Chain)
Paste Maiga deposit address
Sends 20 USDT
A few moments later, her Maiga balance updates and she’s ready to trade.
